Love is More

Love is more than just letters
Love is bigger than words
Love gives, love lives
Love makes us the greatest of men
To us, love is the shower of life
And we bathe in its waters
And swim in its streamline

To taste love is to know
To feel, to have strength
And with it we are one another
And freedom is our own

Who would not know love shall perish
Wither and die in its shadow
To forsake it, we misjudge
And misfortune is our only destiny

So
When love comes calling at YOUR door
Accept and embrace it
And show it around
Seat it at your head
Bring out the best
For if love comes, it will not leave
Do not drive him out
And the reward will be yours
From this day forth
In all of your days
Who could want another??
